About Erin
With over 25 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I specialize in helping people navigate life’s “launching moments”—those transitional times that can feel overwhelming, exciting, and everything in between. Whether you’re preparing to welcome a new baby, supporting a neurodivergent child, facing menopausal changes, or sending a teen off to post-secondary, I offer a supportive space to help you move through these changes with clarity and confidence.
I hold a Master’s in Education (Healthcare Professions) and am a Registered Social Service Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Over the past three decades, I’ve worked in mental health, housing, and education, including my most recent role at a post-secondary institution supporting Autistic students in their transition to college. I bring a neurodiversity-affirming lens to my work, offering compassionate, practical support for those experiencing ADHD or Autistic burnout, masking, and stress related to navigating a neurotypical world.
In my work with individuals, I focus on anxiety, depression, and the everyday stressors of modern life—including career uncertainty, self-esteem struggles, and relationship challenges. As a trained Circle of Security facilitator and Infant Sleep Educator, I also offer attachment-based, solution-focused parenting support from pregnancy through young adulthood. My approach combines positive discipline, developmental education, and goal-oriented strategies tailored to your family’s unique needs.
As someone with lived experience parenting neurodivergent children and being late-identified with ADHD myself, I understand both the challenges and the strength it takes to keep showing up. I bring a blend of professional training and real-world insight to every session, offering support that’s grounded, relatable, and genuinely caring. On a personal note, I have a great sense of humor, a deep love of coffee, and I have more quilting and knitting projects on the go than I’d like to admit.
If you’re facing a transition or just trying to find your footing in a demanding world, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
